Kenyan International Allan Wanga just looks unstoppable as he has continued to defy all odds with virtuoso performances day in day out for his new club El Mereikh of Sudan.
Allan Wanga was in the thick of things with a brace as El Mereikh demolished Alneel 5-0 over the weekend in the Sudan Premier league to remain on top of the summit.
Allan Wanga also earned a man of the match award in what was a good game for the Kenyan whose goal also helped the Sudan giants clinch the Cecafa Kagame cup just months after joining from Kenyan side AFC Leopards in a big money move.
Speaking to Soka25east.com an elated Wanga promised to continue with his perfomance “It feels good to score important goals and also get man of the match award. It all hard work and team work as we fight to ensure we win the league title”Wanga said.
Wanga has had a roller coaster ride in his career both with the club and country. He helped Kenya win the 2013 Cecafa senior challenge scoring a brace against Sudan and later also won the Cecafa Kagame cup scoring the crucial goal.
