Angola have qualified to the Quarterfinals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations after beating Nambia 3-0 at the Stade de Bouake on Saturday.
A brace from Gelson Dala and a Mabululu strike saw the Palancas Negras dominate Namibia in all aspects of the game.
Both teams had a player sent off in a highly entertaining Southern African Derby.
Angola were reduced to 10-men after goalkeeper Neblù handled the ball outside the area denying Namibia attacker Muzeu a goal.
But then Gelson Dala scored to put Angola ahead in the 39th minute against the 11 men of Namibia.
Just then the Brave Warriors also saw their player Lubeni Haukongo sent off for a foul on Mabululu.
Angola doubled their lead in the 42nd minute from the resulting free kick with Gelson Dala heading in to grab his brace and go to 4 goals in the tournament.
Mabululu grabbed his goal in the second period to seal a 3-0 victory to ensure his side qualify to the last 8. Angola will face either Nigeria or Cameroon in the Quarterfinal.
