Barding High school produced yet another spectacular display in their second match in the ongoing National secondary ball games in Kisumu.
The Siaya County representatives and Lake Region champs qualified for the semi finals scheduled for Friday after running over a hapless Cheptenye of May 6-0 in a one sided encounter at the amoi stadium in Kisumu
Albert Baraza scored after 15 minutes,added a second nine minutes later before Zico Kombo and Ali Denis added in quick succession for a 4-0 half time scoreline .
The second half saw Zico Kombo score another two to get his hattrick and Benjamin Odhiambo could have made it 7 had he scored his penalty
Barding now awaits opposition from Group B on Friday for a place in the final.Also in the same pool,Friends School Bukembe narrowly edged hard fighting Kathungi 1-0 to edge closer to the semis with Kathungi setting a mouth watering clash with Barding .
Bukembe’s goals were netted by Patrick Otieno and Wycliff Wanyonyi with Ojuruta Mathias having his penalty saved by Kathungi keeper
