Nigeria and FC Barcelona star Asisat Oshoala has launched her football academy called the Asisat Oshoala Academy in partnership with Nike football and Women win.
The football academy has been established for young girls to have access to sports and life skills.
“I am proud to announce the launch of the Asisat Oshoala Academy in partnership with @nike and @women_win,” Oshoala wrote on her Instagram.
“With AOA, the girl child will have access to football and life skill. It is for the school girls in Lagos, Nigeria.
“The football academy is an initiative that will build upon my mission of providing access to sports and education to young girls in our community.”
The 27-year old Oshoala and her Super Falcons teammates will be taking part in the 2022 TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
