Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter has called up Cape Town City defender Thamsanqa Mkhize and Orlando Pirates winger Thembinkosi Lorch.
They replace injured duo of Thapelo Morena (Mamelodi Sundowns)and Vincent Pule (Orlando Pirates)who who where released yesterday.
Morena pulled up with an hamstring injury in the pre-match warm up just before Mamelodi Sundowns Absa Premier League clash against Bidvest Wits on Sunday while Pule didn’t feature for Orlando Pirates in their 1-1 stalemate against Amazulu on Saturday
Stuart Baxter has revealed to journalists that both players were to undergo scan to reveal the extent of their injuries with both players now confirmed to be ruled out by National team Dr Thulani Ngwenya
Bafana Bafana welcome Seychelles at the FNB Stadium on October 13 before a return leg on October 16 Kickoff time is at 15:00.
Baxter is still awaiting the arrival of forwards Percy Tau and Dino Ndlovu in. Camp both players having turned out for their overseas clubs on Sunday.
Bafana Bafana have four points in Group E in qualifying for Cameroon 2019.
If they beat Seychelles at FNB then away in Victoria on Tuesday Bafana Bafana will be in the driving seat to qualify ahead of their final two games away against Libya and at home against Nigeria.
