Kenya Premier League Independent Disciplinary and Complains Committee (IDCC) has found both Bandari FC and Muhoroni Youth guilty as charged and fined them.

The two clubs were reported to the body for unsporting behaviors during their league match at Mbaraki Stadium a fortnight ago.

In the preliminary ruling, the Dockers have been fined Kshs 100,000 and Muhoroni Youth Kshs 50,000 payable without fail within 10 days.

Further, Bandari’s kit manager Ali Abdala has been handed Kshs 15,000 fine and suspended from any KPL match for the next three matches starting immediately.

Wycliffe Ochomo’s red card is confirmed and the leading league goal scorer has also been given a further one match ban effective immediately with a stern warning against a repeat of the same which will attract serious consequences in future.

Stadia, Safety and Security Committee has been ordered to forthwith inspect the Mbaraki Sports Club to determine its suitability to host Kenyan Premier League events and or make relevant recommendations to improve on security of the grounds.
