Bandari have make the leopard duo they third and fourth signing of the 2016 season . Midfielder Bernard Mangoli and Edwin Wafula who were both free agent after they contract with the AFC Leopards SC ended last year.
A number of KPL sides had expressed interest to capture the services of the experience players , Both have signed a two-year deal that will see them representing the coastal side in the league and CAF CL continental assigment this year.
Mangoil has scored five goals in 25 appearances for Leopards in the 2015 season as he helped them to seventh position finish in Premier League.Wafula on the other hand has made 28 apperances for Leopards last season earning callups to the national football team Harambee Stars.
Mangoli expressed his joy at signing of Dockers“I’m really pleased to have signed my contract with the club,” said Mangoli. “It’s going to be great to work with Kingatua,Kimani and everyone has welcomed me really well.
While confirming their arrival at the club’s official website Dockers, media liaison Ernest Mbalanya said the signings make it “a boost to the club for the coming season”. He added: “It’s an honour to welcome Mangoli and Wafula to Bandari their arrival will be very beneficial in every aspect.”. Wafula’s and Mangoli’s arrival is expected to boost the team’s squad in preparation for the 2016 SportPesa Premier League season and CAF CL continental assigment.
