Western Stima head coach Francis Baraza has been sacked with immediate effect together with his assistant Hesborn Nyabinge after a stormy meeting that accused them of corruption leading to defeats.
The sacking which comes barely one week since the Kenyan premier league commenced will see the tactician who is also a former International as the coach who lost his job in just two matches incharge during the season.
Western Stima lost 3-1 to Tusker in a Kpl match on Saturday after taking an early lead as the coach was accused for taking bribes from the players inorder for them to be fielded.
Baraza took over the helm at Western Stima after Henry Omino was relieved off his duties. He was formerly at Sony Sugar where he led them to the title in 2006.
His assistant Hesborn Nyabinge who was recently elevated to the position was the man incharge of the Western Stima under 19 side that won the Kpl under 19 tournament in 2003.
