By Steven Kagiri,
Steven Bengo has been left out from the team’s 18 man squad that has departed the country for the first leg of the Orange CAF champions League tie against Zambian Champions Nkana in Kitwe, Zambia after failing to recover from a thigh injury.
Bengo, who also missed the two legs against Sudanese El Merikh in the preminary round due to the same injury, was dropped alongside left back Rogers Aloro.
The Uganda CAF ambassadors KCCA eliminated Sudanese giants El Merrick 3-2 over two legs whereas the Zambians recovered from a 2-0 loss to Mbabane Swallows in the first leg to win 5-2 in Kitwe.
