DR Congo Coach Florent Ibenge’s has named a 31-man provisional squad for January’s Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
The Leopards coach has omitted Everton winger Yannick Bolasie following his recent knee injury that required an operation.
Bournemouth’s Benik Afobe who switched allegiances to the Leopards having played for England Under-21 gets a call-up to play for his adopted country.
DR Congo have been pitted in Group C alongside Morocco,Ivory Coast and Togo.
