Ghana Black Queens coach Yusuf Basigi has released his starting line-up for Africa Women’s Cup of Nations opener aganist Kenya Harambee Starlets
Keeper Nana Ama Asanteewa takes back his place between the sticks with Regina Antwi, Cynthia Adueba, Janer Egyire and Linda Eshun marshalling the defence.
Juliet Achempong, Alice Kusi, Prissilah Okyere and Portia Boakye earn their place in the midfield while Elizabeth Ado and Samila Suleman lead the hunt for goals.
Ghana and Kenya are pooled in group B, alongside defending champions Nigeria and Mali.
Both teams will be looking for a win to increase their chances of advancing to quarter-finals.
Ahead of the match, Kenya is ranked 132 globally while Ghana is ranked 47th globally according to the latest FIFA ranking.
The match will be played at the Limbe Stadium on Sunday at 9pm.
