The BWPL entered week 17 on Friday 18th December with three explosive games that produced a total of 11 goals.Orapa hosted BDF XI ,Mochudi Center Chiefs visited Motlakase as Township Rollers and Nico United squared off.

Ronald Chikomo scored the only goal of the game in the 50th minute to down Former Nkana Coach Beston Chambeshi’s BDF XI.The ostriches maintain their unbeaten run at Itekeng stadium. on Friday.

The log leaders Township Rollers beat Nico United 5-0 to maintain their top spot. Sekhana Koko open the score line in the 17th minute. Maano Ditshupo doubled the advantage for the home side in the 25 minute.Just a minute into the re-start for the second half Jerome Ramatlhakwana made it 3-0.Koko completed his brace in the 85th minute before Motsholetsi Sikele could put the icing on the cake 1 minute into added time.

The defending Champions Mochudi center Chiefs beat relegation bound Motlkase 4-1.Motlakase are stuck second from bottom with ten points having played 17 games

Games continued on Saturday as Sankoyo Bush Bucks played to a stale mate with Miscellaneous

Bottom placed FC Satmos held Gaborone United 2 all. Nno Sebolaanoga and Mogolodi Balatotse scored for Satmos .
Tshepo Maikano and Mirrior Simanyana were the goal scores for Gaborone.

Green Lovers were bashed 4-0 by Jwaneng Galaxy FC. Tshepo Borake opened the scoring before Floh Kgetholetsile’s brace made it 3.Olebogeng Malebye lauded off a perfect afternoon for Galaxy.
