Rwandan Premier League giants Mukura Victory Sports have appointed Belgian Ivan Jacky Minnaert as their new head coach for the next six months.

Minnaert takes over from Burundian Godfrey Okoko who was shown the door after a series of poor results.

Minnaert previously served as the headcoach of Kenya Premier League side, AFC Leopards and he is expected to guide a team that has been struggling due to lack of players focus and motivation.

Mukura Victory ended the first league at twelveth position having earned 15 points from fifteen matches.Rayon Sport are the current league leaders with 36 points.

Minnaert is not new to Rwanda league having previously coached Rayon Sport where he left after just four months in charge.
