The Transfer and Player Status Committee has Ruled that Defender Christopher Munthali returns to Power Dynamos as he is legally a Power Dynamos Player.
Munthali was summoned before the Lombe Mbalashi led Committee to exculpate himself in the matter of him having signed a 3 year Contract with Nkana while having a contract with Power Dynamos.
Nkana has been fined for Signing a Player who already has a contract with another team.Munthali has also been banned for 2 months.
SUMMARY RULING OF THE PLAYER STATUS COMMITTEE ON CHRISTOPHER MUNTHALI.
1. Christopher Munthali has been banned for two months from all Football activities effective today.
2. Nkana have been fined K 10, 000 for failing to do a due diligence in signing a contract with Munthali who already had
another contract running with Power Dynamos.
3. Munthali is a Power Dynamos player and has been asked to get back to Arthur Davies Stadium effective today.
