South Africa Premier soccer league defending Champions Kaizer Chiefs have renewed their interests in immediate former Simba SC player Daniel Sserunkuma.Ssreunkuma was a subject of a possible transfer to the Glamour boys when he was at Kenyan Premier League Defending Champions Gor Mahia.
According to Soccer Laduma, Kaizer Chiefs are still interested to get the Ugandan international who helped Gor Mahia win back to back Kenyan league title before he went to Tanzania giants Simba.
“They have been monitoring his progress and they still want to bring him to Naturena, I am not sure whether he is for trial or to sign him, I understand they will invite him when they resume training” The source quoted.
Sserunkuma was a darling to the passionate Kogallo fans in Kenya scoring 49 goals in 73 appearances, a fete that earned him a call to the national team, Uganda cranes.
