Former Cameroon international Rigobert Song returns home on Saturday 1st April after spending several months in a Paris hospital.
The plane carrying the legend is expected to touch down on Saturday evening at the Younde International Airport shortly after 9.00pm EAT.
The 40-year-old was admitted to La Pitie Salpertriere Hospital in France after falling unconscious in what doctors at the hospital termed as a stroke in October last year.
Song played 137 times for his country and had spells with English clubs Liverpool and West Ham.
Before his sickness,he was working as a coach for Cameroon’s football federation following his departure as Chad coach.
