The Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League on Friday lost one of its talented players to the Tanzania Premier League following confirmation that Azam FC have signed up Highlander striker Bruce Kangwa.
The Tanzania big money spenders on Friday announced on their website and social media pages that they had lured the Zimbabwean international on three-year deal.
He is expected to earn a salary of between $3 000 and $5 000, $500 as winning bonus and a match day allowance.
Kangwa had blistering start to the Zimbabwe league season by being named the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League’s best player for the last three successive months.
He leaves Highlanders on top of league goal scoring charts with seven goals.
He becomes the fifth Zimbabwean to move to Tanzania League this year where joins fellow countrymen Donald Ngoma, Thabani Kamusoko,Method Mwanjali and Justice Majabvi.
