Ugandan representatives in the CAF Champions League Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club might be underdogs when they face off with defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns tonight but Ivan Bukenya believes they have got what it takes to surprise the home side.

“KCCA FC are underdogs yes but it doesn’t mean it will be a walk over for Sundowns. With experienced players like Ochaya, Ochan, Kayiizi, Sentongo, among others, It won’t be an easy match at all although Sundowns remain with an upper hand over KCCA FC” he said in an exclusive interview with Soka25east.com

Bukenya currently at King Fisher East Bengal in the I-league of India has clear knowledge on both sides having featured for South African giants Kaizer Chiefs for over three years were he occasionally faced off with Sundowns and also playing against KCCA FC while at Proline FC in Uganda.

The match will be played at Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria tonight at exactly 2100hrs EAT.
