Gor Mahia will use the Machakos County stadium for their first home match against USM Alger of Algeria.
There were doubts that the match may be shifted to a stadium outside Kenya owing to the unavailability of Kasarani and Nyayo which are still undergoing renovations
According to CAF ,Machakos stadium has been approved tentatively for the first home match with the next home matches that follows not given a venue yet .
Only Agyemang Badu II stadium in Dormaa Ahenkro, Brong-Ahafo has failed the test of CAF in the CAF Confederations matches forcing the Ghanian Club to get another stadium before round two matches which takes place a week later .
