Guinea national team defensive midfielder Jean Mouste is set to return to action for his Championnat club Hafia FC after over two months in the sidelines.
Mouste’s impending return will be a big boost for Greens who next Tuesday host Energie FC of Benin in a CAF Confederations Cup preliminary round return match in Conakry.
Lansanna Dialo’s boys are also set to welcome Nabby Camara back into the fold alongside Mouste – who has been out for several weeks.
“Mouste has done really well this week in training, as has Camara,”a Hafia official told Soka25east.
“They are both in contention, certainly on Tuesday, but if not, then definitely on the weekend.
The Greens will be looking advance in the second round of competition, after one decade of absence, by beating a side the Benin outfit by at least two goals having lost 1-0 in Cotonou.
Hafia FC was founded in 1961 and went on to dominate African football in the 1970’s where they won three titles.
