Zambia’s Green Buffaloes will this evening be tasked with the duty of dispatching Egyptian side Al Masry in a preliminary first leg encounter of the CAF Confederations Cup.
Buffaloes are participating in the tournament after a ten year absence with coach Bilton Musonda at the helm hoping to lead the Army sponsored side to victory in a battle ground all too difficult to pick maximum points.
At Musonda’s disposal is a 18 -man team blessed with bags of experience, some of whom were participants at the just ended 2018 Total African Nations Championship in Morocco, and among them being Adrian Chama, Jackson Chirwa, Mike Katiba and Friday Samu.
The Green Buffaloes squad had a feel of the playing surface last evening.
The match is scheduled for 19:30 at the Al Masry stadium in Port Said, Egypt.
