A total of 24 CAF Champions League matches were played over weekend across various venues in Africa as teams sought qualification past the first round of the annual tournament.
These matches included Kenya’s representatives Tusker who were held to a dissapointing 1-1 draw over Mauritius side AS Port Louis 2000 on Saturday at the Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani.
Action however started on Friday February 10, 2017 when KCCA FC (Uganda) beat Premiero de Agosto from Angola 1-0 while
JS Sanoura from Algeria drew 1-1 aganist Nigerian side Enugu Rangers.
Young Africans walloped Ngaya Club of Morocco 5-1 in a one sided match played yesterday in Moroni,Comoros.
