Moroccan side, Difaa Hassani El Jadidi head coach Abderrahim Talib is confident that his men will beat MC Alger in a CAF Champions League Group B opener set to be played tonight at Stade du 5 Juilet in Algeria.

In an interview hours before the crucial away tie, Talib stated that he has group of players that will go on to make their name and come back home with maximum points.

“We know very well the level of our opponent. We know MC Alger as a big club which has had a good run in the Champions League so far. We have prepared well for this match and we will have to concentrate if we want to make a difference. We want to achieve a good result for our first game in this phase of pools, “said the Moroccan tactician in an interview with Africa Top Sports.

“We also know that the supporters of MC Algiers are very intimidating but we expect a good atmosphere tonight. In any case, we will have to be at the top if we want to achieve a good result.”

Difaa Hassani El Jadidi have been enjoying good form in their domestic league.In their last weekend match they recorded a brilliant 5-2 victory in Marrakesh over Kawkab FC.

The encounter against MC Agiers is the first between the two sides and first appearance for Moroccan side in the continental competition.
