The executive committee of the Cameroon football federation has suspended the Cameroon Professional Football League with immediate effect.
The decision signed by the president of the Cameroon football federation Seidou Mbombo Njoya states that the League management body and its league has been suspended till further notice going by resolutions 3 of today’s executive committee meeting.
The release signs by the FA boss states that the League has been suspended because the league management body violated its own statutes.
Another executive committee meeting has been scheduled for the 3rd of September to discuss the way forward about the League 1 and 2 championships in Cameroon.
