Gor Mahia Brazilian Coach Ze Maria has identified three players that are not in his immediate future plans.

The three are either up sale, dropping or loan deals according to Gor Mahia’s acting Secretary General Ronald Ngala.

They are; midfielders Eric Ochieng’ “Cantona”, Edmond Murai and youngster James Ogada.

Cantona has been at K’Ogalo for past three seasons having signed from Coastal side Bandari FC. He enjoyed his stay with the 15-times league winners till the reign of Frank Nuttall which saw him drop down the pecking order with the combination of either Collins Okoth or Ernest Wendo and Khalid Aucho being preferred as “double pivot”

The trend continued under the new reign of Ze Maria who never played him completely – as frustrations cropped in for the once darling of the fans.

Murai was previously with another SportPesa Premier League side Muhoroni Youth before turning for Gor this season.

His stay has however been underwhelming – and for the few times he was trusted with a starting berth, he later came off as a substitute.

Ogada joined from National Super League outfit Agro Chemical FC. He never made it to Gor’s bench – only featuring in friendlies.

Gor Mahia who are on course to a fourth straight title have already signed three in the just opened mini tranfer window – including a Brazilian striker Thiago De Lima Silva. Others are; defender Wellington Ochieng’ from Muhoroni Youth and attacking midfielder Baron Oketch from Western Stima.
