CAPS United utility player Ronald Pfumbidzai has penned a three-year deal to join ABSA Premiership outfit Bloemfontain Celtic in South Africa.

“It’s a done deal” Mike Ngdobeni, the 22-year-old’s agent confirmed.

The move is believed to be worth forty thousand US dollars.

Ronald is expected in the rainbow nation this week to commence his new adventure with the “Phunya Sele Sele.”

The Zimbabwean attracted many suitors following his impressive show in the Africa’s premium club championship, the CAF Champions League, where he starred in CAPS’ unprecedented journey to group stage.

He becomes the first signing for Celtic’s new manager Luc Eymael who joined the team last week.

Ronald is also the second player to leave the “Makepekepe” for greener pastures after namesake Ronald Chitiyo joined USM Alger for $60,000.

Formed in 1969, as Mangaung United, Bloemfontein Celtic play their home matches at the 22,000 capacity Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein.
