Central Africa Republic coach Raoul Savoy has announced a 21-man squad to play against Gambia and Kenya in back-to-back friendly international matches.
It’s a mix of experience and youth, which see the return of Gabon based forward Demba Malick who had been banished to the wilderness by previous coaches.
In the first fixture, CAR will take on Scorpions on Friday, March 23 at the Bakau Stadium in Banjul with kick-off at 3pm.
The Wild Beasts will then face the Harambee Stars in the second fixture which will be played on Tuesday, March 27 at a venue to be confirmed in Marrakech,Morocco.
Savoy will miss the services of Olympique Lyonnais defender Dylan Mboumbouni who opted to be left out of the squad despite being named on the initial list.
Unattached former FC Caspiy of Kazakhstan forward Limane Moussa is the only player who has been dropped out from totally unchanged squad that faced Algeria in their last international match.
