South Sudan have recorded a crucial 2-0 victory over Djibouti in their opening group “C” match in the ongoing 2015 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup in Ethiopia.
Bruno Martinez opened the scoring for the Bright Stars in the 28th minute, with Dominic Abui adding another in the 72nd minute.
South Sudan will now face Sudan on Wednesday in one of the biggest matches in the national team’s history.
