By Bonface Osano,
Kenyan champions Gor Mahia will miss the services of dependable left full back, Rwandan Abouba Sibomana and Ugandan midfield maestro Khalid Aucho due to suspensions. The two have accumulated two yellow cards each and thus will miss the last group “A” match against Djibouti Telecom at the National Stadium tomorrow Sunday 26th July 2015.
Confirming the development, Gor assistant Coach Frank Ouna stated that there is no cause for alarm as they have enough men to slot in for the two, he further said that they were planning to rest the two plus other players as they plot for quarters.
He also revealed that Ugandan Godfrey Walusimbi who missed the last match against Al Khartoum due to a knock on his ankle in back to full fitness and will be available for selection tomorrow.
“K’Ogalo” are already through to quarters after two wins and a draw, and the battle against Telecom will be for the group “A” winner. Al Khartoum tops the group with a better goal difference but are tied on seven points with Gor Mahia, the Sudan side will face Yanga in their final tie tomorrow.
