Congo Brazzaville national team head coach Bartelemy Gatsono has summoned a 22-man squad to start preparations for the upcoming 2018 Africa Nations Championship qualifiers against DR Congo.
Experienced midfielder Bakoua Carof, goalkeeper Mouko Barel , defender Ankira Stanislas are some of the players summoned.
AC Leopards has 10 players in the team, As Otoho and Tongo share the same number of 4 players apiece.
Congo will face Congo-Kinshasa during the third round, first leg match qualifier scheduled to be played on August 11th.
DR Congo is the defending champion after beating Mali 4-0 in the title match of the 2016 edition held at Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
