Nkwazi Vs Buildcon
Edwin Imboela Stadium
15:00hrs
Saturday 6th May
Expensively assembled side Buildcon is one of the five teams yet to be beaten this season. The others are Zesco, Lumwana, Power Dynamos and Red Arrows.
Buildcon has a huge setback though considering their unbeaten run. 4 points from a possible 12 is not fancy at all.
They were unlucky in week four against Power Dynamos when what looked like a legitimate goal was disallowed for off side. They could have won that game. But that is history now and the focus for this weekend is the away game at Edwin Imboela Stadium.
This won’t be an easy encounter for Buildcon as Nkwazi is always stubborn at Edwin and rarely loses games. The pitch too won’t be the favourite for the type of play for Buildcon. Nkwazi knows how to play ugly at home and they will prove difficult for the Team Kopala as they are known.
But the challenge too for the home team is their inability to create chances and turning them into goals upfront.
Should they work on that weakness then Buildcon will lose. Nkwazi lost at home in week four to NAPSA and they will be looking to bounce back.
That was the first loss of 2017 while Buildcon is still unbeaten and I think they will get a draw in this one.
My Verdict: Nkwazi 1-1 Buildcon
