Chemelil Sugar have dropped several players and signed three in a bid to strengthen for next season.
Francis Baraza signs three inexperienced promising youngsters to bolstering his squad after losing his dependable club top striker Meshack Karani who has already moved to coastal side Bandari and releases five as the club restructure for 2016 SPL season.
The club signed the on-loan Joshua Oyoo on a permanent deal after reportedly that his heading to new comers Posta Rangers. Youngsters Jeffrey Awiti, Joseph Okumu and Apollo Otieno have been given two year contracts. The three completed their secondary school in 2015 and had been linked with a host of Kenyan Premier League clubs after impressing during the 2015 school games. Owiti is from Mukumu High School in Kakamega County while Apollo and Okumu were students at Kakamega High School. The trio was part of Western Stima’s KPL under-19 title winning squad in 2013. Among those exed by coach Francis Baraza are Robert Indimuli, goalkeeper Fredrick Onyango, Cresten Mawazo, former Leopards defender Titus Wamalwa and Hamisi Mwinyi.
