Zambia’s Copper Bullets have intensified training ahead of an epic encounter with Nigeria’s Super Eagles. The team will open their 2018 Russia World Cup qualification route with a home match on the 9th of October against Nigeria.
After resting the entire day on Sunday and Monday morning, the Zambia national football team is currently holding a training session at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
The local players have been joined in training by 5 foreign based players – Kennedy Mweene, Collins Mbesuma, Nathan Sinkala, Chongo Kabaso and Winston Kalengo.
Rainford Kalaba, Stopilla Sunzu, Chisamba Lungu and Lewis Macha are expected to join camp on Tuesday.
