I think Morrocco are favourite
A good test for Wedson Nyirenda but the CHAN looks a bridge too far for Zambia.
I have critically looked at the fixture line and the road to the final and am afraid to think this just looks a bit too much for Chipolopolo.
It’s a good learning phase for Wedson but Zambians shouldn’t judge him on this tournament as I think this will give him a lot of learning points in managing the national team.
While I don’t know how that Sudan game will pan out, even beating Sudan and either Angola or Nigeria waiting on the other side is something gigantic for the boys.
While they have the mantle srenghth I feel there is something missing in the boys compared to what am seeing in Nigeria and Morocco for example.
Nigeria come back in the last game of the group stage was excellent and the body language of the players speaks volumes. They don’t panic as much as we do and they have a far better defence.
While I know that games are different when these teams meet, the tactical approach of the game for both Morroco and Nigeria look better off than Zambia.
A Nigeria Vs Morroco final looks more possible than the Zambia Vs Morroco one.
But first things first, let’s see what Wedson does on Saturday night.
