The Chipolopolo have continued their preparation for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (to be played in 2024) with a morning training session at the National Heroes Stadium.
Coach Avram Grant and his technical staff were hard at work with the players enduring a gruelling session preceding their departure for Jeddah.
The team flies out tonight for Saudi Arabia where they will be holed up for 10 days before heading to San Pedro.
The Chipolopolo will be hoping to seal a second AFCON title following their truimph in 2012.
Zambia is in Group F alongside Morocco. Tanzania and Congo DR.
Their opening match is on January 17 against Congo before facing Tanzania four days later with the final group match on January 24 against the Atlas Lions.
