The Chipolopolo boys African Nations Championship (CHAN) Group D campaign will begin on Tuesday April, 7 with a tie against Tanzania at the Stade de Limbe.
Zambia will then entertain Guinea four days later at the same venue in their second fixture before concluding their group matches on 15th April, 2020 against Namibia.
According to the fixtures released by CAF, Zambia will be based in Limbe and should they navigate their way out of the group will face opponents from Group C that has Morocco, Togo, Rwanda and Uganda.
Zambia has qualified to the CHAN tournament consecutively with their last appearance in Morocco ending in a quarterfinal finish.
Chipolopolo coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic is currently putting his pieces for the CHAN squad with local assessments that has seen him conduct three local camps.
The third camp is currently underway with some local players drilled in Lusaka on Monday while his technical bench will be in Ndola on Tuesday.
