The head coach of Plateau United Kennedy Boboye, has parted ways with 2017 NPFL champions Plateau United at the expiration of his two years contract.
Boboye confirmed this in an interview saying ‘I have parted ways with Plateau United , my two years contract has elapsed.
It is really a great feeling to have worked with such big team like Plateau United , it was a wonderful experience i must say , its sure going be a memory that will not fade all through my life time.’
‘Not forgetting the high point of my career with plateau United my dream came through , was winning the league title as a coach.
I want to thank most especially the technical director coach Ahmed Ibrahim aka coach Bros for the wonderful support giving to me all through my stay with Plateau United and also the General Manager Mr Pius for his kind gestures.
I can’t forget my players who stood by me, they were part of my driving force without the players support i wouldn’t have achieved these much.
And also not forgetting to a big thank u to the wonderful fans of the club for their relentless support.
We are like a family, in the rain, in the sun, in every stormy challenges we stood firm with each other, having our hand together to fight to reach our goals and dreams together
Deep down inside feel blessed having worked with Plateau United , it is a real moment i will never forget in a hurry.’
Kennedy Boboye joined Plateau United two years ago from Sunshine Stars. He however didn’t say whether he will be joining any club for the upcoming 2018/19 NPFL season.
