Professional Football is very hard in its early stages as adaptation is usually a problem. Going to a new country and starting over ia not an easy process, But luckily for Emmanuel Banda Jr his adaption has been fast and smooth thanks to his coach and team mates who have been helpeful.

The Former Nchanga Rangers midfielder scored his first goal for Sporting Club de Esmoriz in their 4-1 win over Sporting Paivense in the Portuguese second division. The win ensured Esmoriz stay top of the log with 4 points  clear.

“Life in Portugal is fine. I’m adapting well. I have adapted to the teams style of play . I just want to adapt to the  weather also “-Emmanuel Banda Jr told Soka25east.com in an exclusive interview.

The Zambia U20 player is full of praise for his new coach

“The coach is hard on me, bursts into laughter, but I have realized that  he likes me, regardless of  how he talks he starts me in every match. I think he wants the out of me. More to do with being aggressive i think. I used to get upset but now am seeing the good side of it”- Banda Jr .

” My team mates are okay they just talk alot and pass  silly comments bursts into laughter again , But the are nice somehow. It’s a fifty fifty thing”-he added.

The jauvial midfield sensation is expected to be drafted into coach Beston Chambeshi’s team for the U20 African cup of Nations to be hosted by Zambia in February next year.
