Comoros progressed to the third and final round of CHAN qualifiers despite losing 1-0 to Lesotho on Saturday in the return leg match played in Maseru.
Coelacanthes advanced 2-1 on aggregate due to the first leg advantage where they won 2-0 in Moroni last weekend.
