By Chiki Mchoma,

It is during his tenure that many coaching courses have been offered with close to 2,000 tacticians benefiting, I included.

Initially procedures wouldn’t enable one to easily acquire coaching knowledge.

Just look at the achievements by the Serengeti Boys… It’s something easy neither is it a miracle.

It’s through strategical means of which he has pioneered.

Its not about football politics but giving credit where it is due.

I never imagined Serengeti Boys would one day be the hope for the future of Tanzanian football, but its now cristal clear.

It is president Malinzi who streamlined age factor issue for a stable, reliable and sustainable future team.

This is a an opportunity to focus more on young boys who will be able get acquire relevant knowledge and skills in football.

Another significant step by President Malinzi is the establishment of under 17 team of close to 30 boys under the care of TFF. They are undergoing both formal and soccer education at Alliance Youth Academy in Mwanza.

For your information, each one of them benefit from Tshs. 4 million school fees.

What does this mean??

It will be a thing of the past to have illiterate footballers in the country, unless the next incumbent happens to give a blind eye on achievements arrived by his predecessor president Malinzi.

It will be a comprehensive education involving theories and practicals instilled in the boys.

In the next one year, the current Serengeti Boys under coach Shime will fill the U20 gap and those at Alliance Youth Academy in Mwanza stepping up for U17, with every element of football ingredients. What else do you want from Malinzi??…

Serengeti Boys under coach Shime greatly inspires those in Mwanza . They are aware its only a matter of time and they will be in that stage.

This is what was delayed in the country but ideally it required someone who could withstand harsh criticism for a better football future.

Through these boys and their voices, we will remember Jamal Malinzi. Their achievements will be a clear testimony of what Malinzi invested in them. Football will remind us what Jamal did for his country. He deserves praises and respect since those in FAT failed to achieve all these.

It’s my prayer that Jamal Malinzi lives long so that he listens to the voices of Kibabange and Naftali on interviews thanking him greatly.
