International tire manufacturer Continental today announced that its Tire Division is to be Official Sponsor of the Total Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) until 2023, as part of a five-year agreement signed with the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF).
In addition to the 2019 edition of the tournament that will be staged in Egypt from 21 June to 19 July, the extensive rights package of the sponsorship agreement includes the next two editions of AFCON for 2021 and 2023 that will be held in Cameroon and Cote d’Ivoire respectively.
