CS Sfaxien will battle with RS Berkane in the CAF Confederation Cup match on Sunday.
The semi-final first-leg encounter is set to take place at the Stade Taïeb Mhiri in the Tunisian city of Sfax.
The Juventus of the Arabs booked their place in the last four after defeating Zambian side Nkana 3-2 on aggregate.
Sfaxien, who are the most successful team in the history of the tournament, are looking to clinch their fourth Confederation Cup trophy.
Firas Chaouat, who netted against Nkana, will be keen to inspire the Tunisian giants to victory at home.
Meanwhile, Berkane reached the semi-finals after thumping Kenyan side Gor Mahia 7-1 on aggregate.
The Oranges, who have been the surprise package of the tournament, are making their first appearance in the semi-finals.
Bakr El Helali, who netted twice against Gor Mahia, will be eager to help the Moroccan side secure an away win against Sfaxien.
Ethiopian match referee Bamlak Tessema Weyesa will officiate the game between Sfaxien and Berkane.
