Chairman of the Club Owners Association of Nigeria Barr. Isaac Danladi is expected to lead an 8-man delegation of members of his Association to Zambia this weekend to lend support to the super Eagles of Nigeria as they face the Zambian National team in the 2018 world cup qualifier match.
The club Owners boss who doubles as the chairman of Nasarawa utd FC told @clubowners_ng that the match in Zambia is Crucial to Nigeria and requires the supports of all football loving Nigerians for the Eagles to win.
Danladi who watched the 3-0 friendly encounter between the Super Eagles and NPFL side plateau utd FC at the National stadium Abuja Wednesday expressed optimism with the performance of the Eagles, stressing that the build up had shown some level of hope to winning the Zambia match.
He commended the super Eagles players for their commitment so far as shown in their early and timely arrival to camp and urged them to make the country proud by winning the match and ensuring that the country qualifies for the world cup.
“I believe that with what I saw this evening the Super Eagles are in high spirit and right frame of mind to win the match in Zambia, and as relevant stakeholders we must mobilize supports for them to win ” He said.
He continued ” the build up is okay, and the boys have shown some level of readiness, so all we need is to give them the needed supports to win,
“Iam sure we will win in Zambia” he added.
The club owners boss who is also a member of the technical committee of the Nigeria football federation would lead other members of his Association namely Hon. Ola Mafo ( Sunshine stars FC), Mr Rasheed Balogun (3SC), Mr Dele Gbajumo ( Ikorodu utd), Mr Oscar Keke ( Heartland FC), Alh. Adamu Aliyu( Niger Tornadoes), Mr Pius Henman ( Plateau utd FC) and Alloy Chukwuemeka ( Executive Secretary) to the Zambia trip.
