Patrick Twumasi has joined Spanish side Deportivo Alaves from Kazakhstani top-tier side FC Astana Soka25east.com can confirm
The 24 year-old wideman signed a four year deal for an undisclosed fee after passing a mandatory medicals on Friday.
A statement on the club’s official website, reads, “Deportivo Alaves has closed the incorporation for Patrick Twumasi for the next four season.”
“The right winger comes from Astana and joins the ranks of Albaizul entity as the 4th signing of the 2081/2019 season.”
Twumasi becomes the second Ghanaian to join the club after midfielder Mubarak Wakasso.
He played 36 games for the Spanish side, scoring 18 goals.
