Newly appointed Esperance coach Ruud Krol is buoyant ahead of Gor Mahia clash on Saturday in the Orange Caf Champions league to be played at the Nyayo Stadium on Saturday.
The former Dutch International who won the Caf Confederations Cup with CS Sfaxien against TP Mazembe looks to start on a high note this weekend. Speaking to Soka25east.com upon arrival in Nairobi on Thursday Krol alluded to the fact that they had come to Nairobi to accomplish a business.
“I dont know much about Gor Mahia but the few times i have watched them on different clips gave me a good planning point on how to face them on Saturday. It will definately be a tough tie but we have a good team and intend to give them a run for their money”
“We respect our opponents but its important we get positive results on Saturday to help shape the return leg as i always belive experience will carry the day “Krol told Soka25east.com
The club will have a feel of Nyayo Stadium on Friday evening.
