Ethiopian football federation disciplinary committee have charged Ethiopian Coffee 50,000 birr fine after violent scenes were witnessed at the National Stadium in Addis Ababa involving Hawasa.

EFF have also ordered Coffee to  play their last two home games behind closed doors after the crowd trouble that occurred last Friday in Addis Ababa.

Coffee were also severely warned that they risked being banned from any competition for one year if any similar incident occurs.

Currently Coffee’s president is behind bars in allegations of instigating riot alongside the some fans.

Coffee is  of the biggest and most supported clubs in Ethiopia apart from St.George their passionate fans came out in doing an impromtu fundraising that immediately netted the 50,000 Birr to pay the fine at EFF.
