By Francis Ochieng,
Ethiopia long serving captain Degu Debebe finally tied the knot to his beautiful bride in a glamorous wedding attended b ythe who is who and his team mates at St.George.
The no nonsense defender who is known to be tough on the pitch finally said i do in a calm and cosy wedding as his team mates danced to the beats perhaps taking a step avoided by many football players.
The couple looked sharp in their Ethiopian traditional attire.Degu has played an integral part in the Ethiopia’s Walia Ibex national team and has been at the core of St.George defence.
The 29 year old career begun with Arba Minch City FC, before he joined the glamourous St.George also refered to as Sanjaw by their legion of fans.Degu has been a model of consistency, rarely making errors since coming through the ranks .
Degu made his international debut in 2003 and has 44 caps currently for Ethiopia making him one of the most capped players in Ethiopia’s history.
Soka25east.com takes this opportunity to wish him all the best with his bride.
