Sportpesa CEO Ronald Karauri announced the official partnership with Extreme Sports Limited who were handed the mandate to execute the SportPesa Arsenal Training Camp.
Mr Karauri said that he was delighted to have Extreme Sports, a professional sports management company execute the training of the 60 coaches which is in line with SportPesa’s goal of improving the standards of local football.
In the same breathe, Extreme Sports CEO thanked SportPesa for the partnership and support which is an integral part towards the growth and development of coaching skills, not only in the grass root but also to whole country.
Besides running the most successful grass root league in Kenya which is the SPS8 League, Extreme is committed to the growth of football and through the SportPesa Arsenal Training Camp we spearhead the improvement of football standards with the long term aim of instilling world class skills to the coaches from across the country as well as developing a football curriculum that enshrines the Arsenal academy program for coaches.
In a bid to realize the vision for the 2022 World Cup and part of the initiative to #JengaGame, the training is pegged on the premise that the coaches who benefit from the training will in turn impart the same to their team members thus improving the sport in our country.
