The Football association of Zambia has given the green light for all weekend League Games to go on as planned.According to a post on the Associations official Facebook page the games will be played despite the country observing a day of national mourning tomorrow.
All Premier League games – from Super League to the third division – will go on as scheduled for Saturday 30th April, Sunday 1st May and Monday 2nd May 2016.Players and officials will be required to wear black arm bands and together with the fans observe a minute of silence to mark the day of national mourning as declared by the Government in honour of former Cabinet minister in the UNIP government Lewis Changufu who died after a short illness at the UTH in Lusaka on Wednesday.
