FIFA President Gianni Infantino has joined members of the international football community in condoling with the family of the late Kenyan legendary Coach James Aggrey Siang’a.
The ex Gor Mahia (Kenya), Express FC (Uganda), Simba SC (Tanzania), Taifa Stars and Harambee Stars manager left to be his creator on Saturday 9th at his home in Bungoma, in the western part of Kenya at the age of 67.
Below is the letter from Infantino addressed to the Football Kenya Federation:
Please accept my deepest condolences on hearing that former football player and Coach James Siang’a has passed away. He was a goalkeeper, played at international level for Kenya, and coached throughout Africa at both club and national level.
On behalf of the members of the international football community, I should be greatful if you could extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
We would hope that in some way, our words of support may bring a little bit of peace and solace in this time of sadness.
